Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age, or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Complete and submitted BVSD online application.
• Communicate (read, write, and speak) in English.
• Must be available after school.
• Preferred: Proven leadership qualities and experience with high school students.

Responsibilities

• Organization and supervision of the Adelante After School program.
• Setting directions and expectations for the Adelante After School program.
• Monitoring eligibility and academic progress for the weight training program.
