Job summary

Wakeman Boys & Girls Club in McKinley School seeks a Part-Time Site Coordinator to support daily operations, supervise staff, and deliver programs for Before/After School and mentoring initiatives. Travel between McKinley School and Southport Clubhouse is required during the school year.

The role emphasizes strong communication, child development knowledge, and collaboration with the Site Director to ensure safe, engaging activities aligned with WBGC policies and mission.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Firm understanding of child development.
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office software.
• Demonstrated organizational, staff supervision, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with designing and implementing daily schedules and activities.
• Support implementation of the Mentoring Program at McKinley.
• Facilitate Apple Technology lessons and activities.
• Manage daily attendance reporting in the Daxko system.
• Serve as primary supervisor for ASP/BSP in the Site Director's absence.
• Ensure safe program spaces and oversee staff, volunteers, and members.
