Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Oshkosh operates after-school programs at Winneconne and Omro sites, serving youth in Wisconsin. The role supports the Director of Childcare in daily operations, adheres to state licensing requirements, and implements approved curricula while fostering a healthy, safe environment.

Responsibilities include curriculum development, parent relations, and supervision of staff and volunteers; travel between sites is required, with a focus on compliance and program quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education with 12 credits in ECE and two years minimum experience in licensed child care administration.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification; ongoing training as required by licensing regulations.
• Experience with Boys & Girls Clubs or similar youth programs is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote health, wellness and fitness among members.
• Provide leadership, direction and problem solving for after-school programs.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with Wisconsin licensing rules and agency standards.
• Develop age-appropriate curriculum and supervise program implementation.
