Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) highly preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience working in education/youth programs.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory position; 2+ years highly preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate with students, parents, school staff and faculty both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day site operations and ensures ethical interactions with stakeholders.
• Oversee and support site-level staff; provide coaching and training.
• Maintain student safety and positive experience; respond to incidents per safety protocols.
• Participate in staff interviews, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Track student attendance and enrollment; maintain program records with confidentiality.
