Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Program Supervisor I to serve as the on-site lead of a specialized after-school program at a partner school campus in California. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, and maintain attendance data while coordinating with school staff and families.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, program quality, and meeting goals. A BA is preferred, with 1–2 years in youth programs and at least 1 year in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) highly preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in education/youth programs.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Previous classroom experience required; meet partner district qualifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with students, parents and staff.
• CPR/First Aid certified or able to obtain within 60 days.
• TB skin test and background checks (DOJ & FBI) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure ethical interactions.
• Coach and supervise site staff; ensure consistent routines and behavior expectations.
• Maintain student safety and a positive experience; manage incidents per protocol.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Track attendance and enrollment; maintain records with confidentiality.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for school staff and families.
• Monitor participation, behavior, and learning outcomes; meet metrics.
• Submit staff timecards and attend required meetings and trainings.
• Step into direct service roles as needed for program continuity.
