Job summary

YMCA seeks an After School Site Coordinator to lead and direct program activities at our Catoosa County locations in North Georgia. You will plan curricula, supervise classrooms and children, and build positive relationships with parents while upholding YMCA values of honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.

The role runs 1:45pm-6pm, Monday through Friday, during the school term, with opportunities to engage families and participate in program events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Experience with children in developmental settings and diverse populations preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement daily lesson/activity plans within guidelines.
• Supervise children, classroom, and activities.
• Conduct parent conferences and maintain relationships.
• Maintain program records.
• Attend family nights, activities, staff meetings, and training.
