Job summary

YMCA of Metro Atlanta in Brookhaven seeks a 21st Century Site Coordinator to oversee the delivery of educational programs aimed at youth development.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and teaching certificate, along with experience in extended day programming. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance, and providing academic instruction for students.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in extended day programming.
• Experience working with Title 1 schools preferred.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tasks and staff for the 21st CCL site.
• Ensure compliance with Bright From The Start requirements.
• Implement academic and enrichment components efficiently.
