Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or 48 semester hours required (education/early childhood focus preferred).
• Ability to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
• Ability to perform clerical duties.
• Ability to operate common office machines.
• Ability to maintain basic files and records.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as necessitates by work assignments.
• Physical ability to lift/carry 20 lbs and dexterity to perform the duties and responsibilities of the job.

• Maintain daycare facilities: safe, clean, and comfortable environment; help clean and organize the facility end of each day.
• Prepare and Clean up Meals: help prepare meals and snacks, supervise the children while they eat, and clean up after mealtime.
• Promote personal Hygiene: help the children stay clean and teach hygiene habits.
• Perform good hand-washing techniques for disease and infection control.
• Oversees projects and Free Time
• Organize activities and implement curricula that stimulate children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth.
• Provide for a child's basic needs.
• Report behavior to parents each day.
• Supervise children while they are playing outside or on a playground.
• Provide homework assistance.
• Lock the building at the end of the day.
