SMART Management, through Creative Inspiration Journey School, is hiring a Part-Time After School Program Assistant in St Cloud, Florida. This role supervises and supports students during after-school programming in a safe, structured, engaging environment, reporting to the After School Care Director.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising or managing groups of children preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and attentive with good behavior management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during after-school programming.
• Track attendance and manage check-in/check-out.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents.
• Build positive relationships with students and families.
