Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Director in daily operations of the before- and after-school program.
• Maintain accurate attendance, absence, and emergency records for each child; track schedule changes, behavior, and incidents.
• Supervise and evaluate counselors' performance.
• Encourage open communication with children, parents, and co-workers.
• Model positive behavior and professionalism in all interactions.
