Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising or managing groups of children strongly preferred.
• Punctual, dependable, attentive, and effective at managing student behavior.

• Supervise students during after-school programming to ensure safety and engagement.
• Assist with structured routines, homework time, physical activity, and enrichment activities.
• Reinforce school values and behavior expectations with students and staff; address concerns promptly.
