Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Part-time Program Manager to lead a team of Educators at multiple Lockhart area school sites. You will coach staff, maintain safety and attendance processes, and coordinate daily activities with families and school partners.

The role offers after-school hours (2:45 PM–6:00 PM) with no weekends, and opportunities to grow into broader operations leadership within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED and be at least 21 years old.
• One year of supervisor/management experience.
• 70 clock hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, management, or CDA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Educators, providing coaching, feedback, and day-to-day guidance.
• Keep site documentation, licensing standards, and safety and attendance protocols up to date and compliant with state and company standards.
• Oversee daily check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate attendance records.
• Communicate regularly with families, school partners, and Area Manager, responding promptly to emails and calls during program hours.
• Plan and oversee daily enrichment curriculum, movement, team games, and activities.
• Address and resolve day-to-day issues among staff, students, or families.
• Monitor the program environment for safety and address hazards.
