Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Part‑Time Program Manager to lead a team of educators inside Del Valle area schools. You will coach staff, uphold safety and licensing standards, manage attendance records, and coordinate daily enrichment activities with your site team.

You will communicate with families and school partners, report incidents promptly, and help plan curriculum and activities. This role offers meaningful leadership experience in education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children in a licensed setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Educators with guidance and feedback.
• Maintain licensing standards and safety and attendance protocols.
• Oversee daily check-in/check-out and accurate attendance records.
• Communicate with families, school partners, and Area Manager.
• Plan and supervise daily enrichment activities and games.
