Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Part-Time After-School Site Program Manager in Odessa, TX to lead a team of Educators and oversee daily operations after school hours. You will coach staff, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and build relationships with families and school partners while delivering enriching activities for children.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:45 pm–6:00 pm; location is inside Odessa area schools. Pay range is $21–$24 per hour, based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with a High School diploma/GED.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/manager experience.
• 70 clock hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management.
• Experience in a licensed childcare program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Educators, providing guidance and day-to-day support.
• Ensure site licensing standards, safety, and attendance protocols are followed.
