Job summary

The Boys and Girls Clubs of San Leandro is seeking a Program Site Coordinator to support the Program Manager in overseeing daily after-school programming at school-based sites within the San Leandro and San Lorenzo Unified School Districts. This role ensures programs align with A.S.E.S and ELOP grants and maintain a safe, engaging environment.

You will work with staff, youth, and community partners as part of the site leadership team, coordinating activities, tracking attendance in MyClubHub,

Qualifications

• High school diploma and relevant youth-work experience or education.
• Experience engaging with youth in after-school or educational settings.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate program activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication with staff, students, and families.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing after-school site activities to ensure program success and safety.
• Support supervision and development of Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) and staff scheduling.
• Foster engaging youth experiences and a structured, supportive environment.
• Maintain relationships with school staff, families, and community partners.
• Track attendance and program outcomes using MyClubHub and other systems.
• Ensure safety procedures and grant compliance; assist with training.
• Plan and execute special events and trainings to boost engagement.
• Support continuous program improvement and operational efficiency.
