Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience with youth in after-school/educational settings.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of youth development best practices and safety policies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and attendance reporting systems.
• Team-oriented with staff, families, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in managing after-school site activities and grant standards.
• Support supervision and development of Youth Development Professionals (YDPs).
• Engage youth, foster a positive member experience, and provide structure.
• Maintain relationships with school staff, families, and partners.
• Track attendance and program outcomes for reports and evaluations.
• Ensure safety procedures and licensing compliance.
• Plan and execute special events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Assist with operations and continuous program improvements.
