Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma/GED.
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire from a recognized organization.
• Staff supervision experience in a professional setting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching for YMCA staff at the program location.
• Manage monthly expenses to meet program needs and fiscal objectives.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities for K-5 participants and coordinate with school personnel.
