Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead after-school programs with a focus on safety, engagement, and effective communication with families and schools. The role includes coordinating daily activities, check-in procedures, and ensuring compliance with licensing standards.

Ideal candidates have experience with children, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with Google tools. A sign-on bonus is offered and the position includes a home school district base with multiple school

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have experience handling competing priorities while delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Strong communication skills, oral/written/visual with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
• Identify and submit proof of MMR.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and joy by modeling professional staff conduct and maintaining site documents and licensing standards.
• Support safety protocols and report on safety requirements for participants.
• Communicate effectively with families, clients, peers, and children; respond to inquiries during program hours.
• Maintain accurate student check-in/out records and attendance procedures.
• Plan and implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
