Qualifications

• Must meet Ohio licensing and employment requirements.
• Pass required background checks and DCY regulations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in the early care and education field is commonly required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the mission by ensuring safety and joy, maintaining site documents and licensing standards.
• Support and report on safety protocols for participant well-being.
• Engage families, clients, peers, and children to foster communication and relationships.
• Maintain accurate student check-in/check-out records and attendance procedures.
