Qualifications

• Experience balancing competing priorities while delivering quality service to stakeholders

• Coursework or training in child development and related field
• Communication skills: oral, written, and visual with adults and children
• Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: support staff, ensure safety and joy, maintain attendance and safety procedures
• Safety Assurance: support safety protocols and provide proof of MMR
• Effective Communication: engage with families, respond to inquiries promptly, collaborate with Area Manager
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain student check-in/out records, attendance procedures
• Daily Routine: implement activities, fitness, curriculum in a safe engaging environment
