Right At School, a leader in before/after school programs, seeks a Program Manager in Missouri to oversee day-to-day operations at the Pattonville center. The role focuses on safety, engagement, and family communication while coordinating staff and daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework in child development or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents and staff.
• Familiarity with Google tools or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model positive behavior, ensure safety and joy standards, maintain site documents and licensing.
• Safety Assurance: monitor and report safety protocols, mitigate risks.
• Effective Communication: engage with families, clients, peers and children; respond to inquiries during program hours.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain attendance records and comply with company policy.
• Daily Routine: implement daily activities and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
