Job summary

Right At School is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year in La Grange, IL. The role supports before/after school programs with two daily shifts, 7:15AM-8:30AM and 2:40PM-5:30PM, Monday through Friday. Start mid-July with online training and in-person onboarding in August.

Earn $20-25/hour, based on education and experience, and join a mission-driven team. Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a high school diploma or GED, have experience with children, and possess strong communication skills.

• Experience with children and understanding of their needs.
• Strong communication with adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and joy standards and supervise staff.
• Ensure attendance, behavior and safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain site documents and licensing compliance.
