Job summary

Right At School is hiring a Program Manager to lead our before- and after-school programs. This role oversees staff, safety, schedules, and family communication, with a Monday–Friday split shift (6am–9am and 2:30pm–6pm).

You’ll partner with schools and families to deliver engaging, safe enrichment while ensuring licensing and attendance procedures are followed. A high school diploma, supervisory experience, and CPR/First Aid are required, with 18+ years old and background checks completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of direct experience with children under 13.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proof of High School Diploma/GED and 12 college credits required.
• First Aid and CPR certification; TB test and MMR clearance.
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements.
• Excellent communication with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Model safety and joy standards and coach staff to meet responsibilities.
• Maintain attendance protocols and safety procedures.
• Report safety issues and mitigate risks within the program environment.
• Communicate with families and partners; respond to inquiries during program hours.
• Support program goals with regular collaboration with Area Manager and staff.
• Maintain student check-in/out records and attendance procedures.
