Right At School is hiring a Program Manager to lead a team of Educators, oversee daily operations, and ensure safety and licensing compliance at your site. You will coach staff, foster strong family partnerships, and coordinate enrichment activities with a focus on student engagement and well-being.

The role offers hands-on leadership experience in education, with a schedule that fits school hours and a pathway to broader program management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of educators and managing daily program operations.
• Ability to coach staff, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain strong relationships with families and school partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Educators, providing coaching, feedback, and day-to-day guidance
• Keep site documentation, licensing standards, and safety and attendance protocols up to date and compliant with state and company standards
• Oversee daily check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate "name to face" attendance records
• Communicate regularly with families, school partners, and your Area Manager, responding promptly to emails, calls, and inquiries during program hours
• Plan and oversee daily enrichment curriculum, movement, team games, and independent activity stations delivered by your team
• Address and resolve day-to-day issues or conflicts among staff, students, or families
• Monitor the program environment for safety, addressing hazards and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Report incidents, injuries, or safety concerns promptly and maintain accurate documentation
