You will coach staff, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with families and school partners while guiding daily operations and activities for before/after school programs.

You will oversee attendance processes, maintain records, and collaborate with site leadership to deliver engaging, safe, and compliant enrichment experiences for children.

• Oversee daily check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate "name to face" attendance records
