Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to oversee before/after school programs within local districts. The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and daily enrichment to support learning outside the classroom.

You will coordinate staff, ensure attendance procedures, and maintain licensing standards while delivering high-quality experiences for students and families. The position offers a $2000 sign-on bonus and a pay rate of $19.00-$23.00 per hour based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience balancing competing priorities while delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development/early childhood education.
• Excellent oral, written, and visual communication with adults and children.
• Professional conduct when engaging with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google tools or willingness to learn.
• Ability to provide proof of MMR.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model safety and joy standards; maintain attendance protocols and policies; coach staff for teamwork.
• Safety Assurance: support safety protocols for participant well-being.
• Effective Communication: engage with families, clients, peers, and children; maintain transparency.
• Documentation and Compliance: keep accurate student check-in/out records.
• Daily Routine: run daily activities and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
