Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager in Pennsylvania to lead school-based before/after care programs. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and engagement, and maintain compliant records while fostering strong family relationships.

The role offers split shifts Mon-Fri with a total schedule up to 25 hours per week. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour based on education and experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BA/BS in early childhood or related field preferred.
• Experience with children and knowledge of special needs is a plus.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality service.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, visual) with adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff to ensure safety and joyful program operations.
• Maintain attendance protocols, records, and licensing standards.
• Communicate with families, client partners, and staff to build trust.
• Coordinate daily activities, curriculum, and fitness for kids.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and program requirements.
