Responsibilities

• Provide homework assistance, academic enrichment and physical activity.
• Create an engaging environment that fosters belonging.
• Support students in positive behavior and disciplinary measures when appropriate.
• Engage children by following and helping create lesson plans.
• Ensure student safety and site cleanliness.
• Promote positive interactions and supervise sign-ins/outs.
• Identify student needs and communicate with staff and parents.
