Think Together is seeking a Substitute Program Leader to support students at various CA sites. This part-time role focuses on academics, enrichment activities, and positive behavior guidance, with a shared commitment to safe, nurturing environments.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED, availability 5 days a week, and English proficiency. Training, background checks, and TB tests are part of the process.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 48 college credits or 60 quarters completed or passing an instructional aide test in some districts.
• Ability to speak and write standard English in a public school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide homework help, enrichment, and physical activity using provided curriculum.
• Create an engaging environment that fosters belonging for students.
• Support positive behavior and apply discipline when needed.
• Follow lesson plans and engage students to support learning.
• Help maintain a safe, clean site and coordinate with staff and parents.
