Job summary

Think Together seeks a Substitute Program Leader to support students across multiple sites in a Part-Time role. You will provide homework help, academic enrichment, and physical activity, guided by our curriculum, creating an engaging environment where students feel they belong.

Strong classroom presence and calm leadership are required. A HS diploma or GED, 48 college units or related testing, and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Ability to speak and write standard English.
• Availability at least 5 days a week (Mon-Fri).
• Program times roughly 1:00 PM–6:00 PM; times may vary.

Responsibilities

• Provide homework assistance, academic enrichment and physical activity using provided curriculum.
• Create an engaging environment that fosters a sense of belonging for students.
• Support students in making positive behavior choices and discipline when appropriate.
• Engage children and youth by following and assisting in lesson plans.
