Think Together is seeking a Substitute Program Leader (Part-Time) in California to guide a group of students in an in-person setting. The role emphasizes safety, behavior management, discipline when needed, and building a nurturing environment for student growth and success, following Think Together four core agreements.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, Live Scan clearance, TB test, and 3+ days per week availability with a 12:00 PM–6:00 PM window; bi-literate English/Spanish

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• District-specific - 48 semester/60 quarter units and/or pass a pre-employment test.
• Ability to speak and write Standard English in a public-school setting.
• Must pass Live Scan background check.
• Provide negative TB test within last 3 years.
• At least six months experience leading a group of 10+ students.
• Available at least 3 days a week (5 days preferred).
• Program times roughly 12:00 PM–6:00 PM; may vary with minimum day schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bi-literate in English and Spanish preferred.
