Job summary

Plaistow YMCA is seeking caring individuals for an After-School Program Staff Member in Plaistow, NH. This part-time role offers meaningful work with youth, a supportive team, and a mission-driven environment after school each day.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. Qualified applicants will bring energy, reliability, and a desire to contribute to a safe, engaging program that supports children's growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-6 months of prior experience in a school-age program is highly preferred.
• Consistent afternoon availability Monday-Friday 2:30-6:00 pm (5 days per week highly preferred, a minimum of 3 days required).

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for every child.
• Help implement fun, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Actively participate in daily program operations and build meaningful connections with youth.
