Job summary

YMCA of the North Shore in Plaistow, NH is seeking a part-time Kids' Club Staff member for the evening shift (5:00-7:30). You will supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families using the Y.

Prior childcare experience is preferred, and strong communication is valued. This role offers training, growth opportunities across YMCA locations, and a supportive team culture with college students, retirees, or others seeking

Qualifications

• Experience supervising children in childcare, play, or structured settings.
• Understanding of child development from infants to elementary age.
• Excellent communication and caring approach.
