Denver Public Schools is seeking staff for the Discovery Link program to provide safe, engaging after-school care at Near Northeast Schools including Columbine, Hallett, Inspire, Isabella Bird, Stedman, Swigert, Westerly Creek and Willow.

Responsibilities include monitoring students, following policies, coordinating with staff and parents, and assisting in curriculum planning. HS diploma required; some certifications preferred; schedule varies, typically mornings and/or afternoons.

Qualificações

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass CBI and FBI background checks.
• First Aid/CPR/Medication Administration certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Familiarize with Discovery Link policies and supervision requirements.
• Provide accurate program operation information.
• Interact positively with parents and refer questions to supervisor.
• Maintain punctual schedule during program hours.
• Follow staff conduct guidelines in the handbook.
• Perform facility maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Attend orientations, trainings and staff meetings.
• Support curriculum planning for the program.
