Job summary

The University of the Pacific, in partnership with Stockton Unified School District, seeks an After School Program Staff Lead to support elementary students in the ELOP program. This role helps maintain daily operations, onboarding, attendance, and effective communication across staff and school leaders.

You will model positive behavior, assist in transitions, and act as a backup leader in the absence of the Site Facilitator, ensuring safety and smooth programming at the assigned site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forty-eight college units completed or Paraprofessional Certificate.
• Ability to pass DOJ fingerprint clearance after hire.

Responsibilities

• Support daily program activities and student engagement.
• Assist with attendance and scheduling.
• Onboard new staff and orient them to routines.
• Promote safety and compliance with policies.
• Lead by example and support staff in absence of Site Facilitator.
• Foster clear communication between staff and school leaders.

Education
