Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego is seeking a dedicated ASES Site Supervisor to coordinate after-school programs, supervise staff, and strengthen school-community partnerships. The role focuses on program quality, data analysis, and compliance with grant guidelines.

Qualifications

• Four year degree with at least two years of BGCA or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership to coordinate staff and achieve program goals.
• Budgeting, fundraising, and resource planning experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and oversee the ASES program.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate program staff.
• Maintain HR records and payroll support.
• Manage monthly reports and grant compliance.
• Develop and implement outreach plans.
