• 2 years’ running a school-based program
• Ability to plan and carry out assignments independently

• Recruits and trains staff to meet program requirements.
• Ensures program productivity goals are met efficiently and effectively.
• Participates in program planning and identifies gaps in services.
• Creates/updates program documents and forms.
• Represents the program to internal and external stakeholders.
