Job summary

YMCA of Greater San Francisco is seeking an ASP Assistant Site Coordinator to support daily operations, program delivery, and youth development at after-school sites. You will help ensure a safe, welcoming environment while building strong relationships with youth, families, and school staff.

Role requires stepping into direct program delivery when needed and adherence to Youth Development Principles. Onsite work is required across San Francisco and Marin sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High School diploma/equivalent with 48 college units or CBEST/district exam.
• Availability Monday–Friday onsite for full duration of after-school program.
• 2+ years in youth programs.
• TB test clearance within last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Coordinator with daily program operations, schedules, and activities.
• Deliver and support academic, enrichment, and recreational activities for youth.
• Maintain safe, clean, accessible program spaces.
