• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in education or related field preferred.
• At least two years’ experience working with youth in a youth program setting.
• Two years’ supervisory experience administering youth programs.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-based leadership to support positive youth development and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and funder requirements.
• Maintain program data and records; create systems to manage program logistics and operations.
• Recruit and supervise staff; schedule meetings with staff, partners, and stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and coordinating special events, field trips, and reports.
• Support program development and family engagement activities.
