Responsibilities

• Conducts staff evaluations and development plans with leadership.
• Leads weekly/monthly team meetings and supports staff development.
• Communicates program updates and needs with supervisor.
• Coordinates community outreach and participant recruitment.
• Prepares reports for internal and external stakeholders.
