• Foster belonging, usefulness, competence and influence for youth using local and national programs.
• Recruit and retain members; meet goals for Membership, attendance and impact metrics.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and proper use of Club equipment and property.
• Employ trauma‑informed behavior management tools for safety and enjoyment of members.
• Establish strong relationships with parents, teachers and school administration.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff; lead recruitment efforts and initiatives.
• Manage financial resources and adhere to monthly budget.
• Complete administrative tasks on deadlines, including payroll, attendance tracking and performance reviews.
