Job summary

The Boys & Girls Club of Tri-County Area in Green Lake is hiring Youth Development Staff to support after-school programs as a Site Coordinator. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, supervising and evaluating activities across education, arts, sports, and wellness, with 15–25 hours weekly.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, experience with children, CPR/First Aid certification (will train), valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that facilitates youth development outcomes and attracts members with displays and information.
• Foster fun and creativity in a high-energy environment.
• Promote and stimulate program participation in all areas.
• Encourage new member registration.
• Provide guidance and role modeling to members.
• Implement and administer programs and activities for drop-in members and visitors.
• Monitor programs to ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare periodic activity and outcome reports.
• May participate in special programs outside typical hours.
• Ensure program areas are clean and organized for safety and engagement.
• Serve as a Mandated Child Abuse Reporter.
