Job summary

Oracle Taleo seeks an Assistant Site Coordinator to help direct daily operations of campus-based Extended Learning programs, ensuring a safe, engaging environment and smooth coordination with campus staff. You will support curriculum delivery, staff training, communication with families, and enrollment management at the Sugar Land campus.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; college credit or degree preferred.
Associate's degree or 60 college hours preferred.
Childcare certification preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of childcare experience, required.
Minimum of 1 year of management and supervisory experience, required.
Demonstrated knowledge of child development and safety practices.
Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating a safe and inviting education environment with age-appropriate activities.
Coordinate programs and activities for field trips and full-day events.
Communicate clearly with parents and campus staff about program needs.
Recruit students to maintain minimum enrollment throughout the year.
Maintain accurate records with confidentiality and timeliness.
