Job summary

Oracle Taleo is seeking an Extended Learning Group Leader to supervise school-age students before and after school, ensuring a safe environment and developmentally appropriate activities. The role involves leading diverse groups, coordinating enrichment clubs, and collaborating with staff and families to support student growth.

Responsibilities include implementing curriculum, maintaining attendance records, and upholding program standards while promoting community engagement within the district

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and secure environment for all students in Extended Learning programs.
• Adhere to procedures and expectations outlined in district and program handbooks.
• Lead a group of children with diverse needs and abilities.
• Communicate clearly, effectively, and positively with children, parents and district personnel.
• Promote the program within the district, school and community.
• Facilitate curriculum activities and enrichment clubs at campuses/sites.
• Maintain attendance records, headcounts, and site cleanliness.
• Participate in staff development and program improvement initiatives.
