Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to support children with ASD in home and community settings. You will work 1:1 with a student under a BCBA supervisor, applying ABA techniques to improve communication, focus, and independent skills.

The role offers flexible after-school hours, weekend potential, and training toward RBT certification, with ongoing supervision and opportunities to grow within our ABA Professionals Network.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certificate preferred
• Experience with pre-school and elementary children
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Adaptability in high-stress situations
• Reliable administrative performance
• Experience documenting progress and data points

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with students and help communicate needs
• Document skill progress on the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP)
• Conduct 1:1 in-home ABA sessions under BCBA supervision
• Maintain thorough session documentation and data analysis
• Coordinate with BCBA supervisor and clinical direction
• Communicate respectfully with clients, caregivers, supervisors, and coworkers
