Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent and two years of experience as an assistant coach.
• First Aid Certificate and CPR certification required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (per WIAA).

Responsibilities

• Supervise student athletes to promote learning through athletics.
• Plan and implement sport-specific programs for physical and mental readiness.
• Organize after-school practice sessions for 7th–8th graders and 6th graders as scheduled.
• Coordinate equipment use, budgeting, and records with athletic directors.
• Inform students/parents about eligibility rules and district policies.
• Maintain equipment inventories and safety checks; ensure proper returns.
