Qualifications

• Current high school senior enrolled in a Fort Bend ISD high school.
• Minimum of 1 year previous experience working with school-age children preferred.
• Basic computing skills, including MS Office required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to students in assigned group to ensure a safe environment.
• Implement positive behavior management techniques.
• Assist students with varying needs and abilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an effective team.
• Maintain compliance with district and program standards.
• Demonstrate proper use of district materials and equipment and teach proper usage to students.
