Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to lead, mentor, and nurture young learners in our classrooms. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe environment, and partner with families to support each child’s growth.

The role requires strong customer service, English communication, and a CDA or state trainer credential; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, with 2–3 years of ECE experience and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and community partners.
