KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead classrooms, mentor staff, and partner with families to deliver high-quality early education. You’ll implement our curriculum while creating a safe, engaging learning environment that supports children's growth and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy is preferred.
• Approved state trainer is preferred.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistently with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
