Job summary

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Teaching license or equivalent credential.
• Experience working with high school students.
• Experience working with students on IEPs or 504s and multilingual learners.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain students to volunteer as tutors and mentors.
• Promote the program so students use it as a support.
• Maintain attendance records and tutoring/mentoring logs.
• Collaborate with teachers to support assessment windows.
• Collect data and share findings with stakeholders in program assessments.
• Develop and monitor a schedule ensuring tutoring center remains open daily.
